Part 4

It open up to scenes of the former roommates to the “serial squatter” Jamison Bachman, a socio- path as they explain the dark sides of their stories with the dangerous man and how he refused to leave their homes.

Part 5

It is the continuation of part 4, shows scenes of the steps these roommates took as they try to force Bachman from their homes. They also talked about his own moves, retaliations, and painful experiences it caused them. Part 5 also showed Bachman childhood friends discussing their childhood experiences they had with him.

Arleen met Jamison in 2005. With time, she fell in love with his personality and later on, they became intimate. After Jamison told her about the issue he had with the private school he taught history and how they relieved him of his job and house which was next to the school; Arleen offered he could stay with her for some couple of months and that’s how Bachman ended up staying for four years and became a threat to Arleen.

Jamison as a Law degree holder had so much knowledge on Tenancy and Eviction Law more than the court system so, played smart with the law and his roommates.

After he left Arleen, he met Sonia in 2012. Sonia needed a roommate and she put in on craigslist. After staying for few months, things were looking great till he stopped paying his house rent. Sonia went to the court to file for eviction but it seems all her efforts boomerang to her. Bachman made her to lose everything she worked for including the Mortgage house.

After he left Sonia’s place Bachman stayed with some other roommates terrorizing them before he moved in with Alex in 2017. This time around, he used the name, ‘Jed Creek’ with other false information to make her believe he had a clean background. The story was not different from the duo mentioned above. Bachman tormented and terrorized all his roommates and tried to take over their homes.

He was later arrested and bailed from prison by his brother, Harry Bachman. Harry was a successful married man and probably didn’t want Jamison to live with him. This could be part of the reasons why Jamison went to his brother’s place on 4^th November, 2017 and killed him.

He was charged to court for murder and on the day of his court trial, Jamison hanged himself in Montgomery Court Correctional Facility. He probably would prefer dying the easier way than following the lawful procedures.
