The Movie is a Netflix new documentary which exposed crime scenes and focused on the victims. ‘Call me Grandma’ season opened up with Dorothea Puente who either gives her victims stupefying agents and then rob them off their belongings. For those who lived with her, once they die, she buries them why she still enjoys their paychecks.

She went further and claimed to be a medical doctor to various elderly women and took advantage of their situation and robbing them afterwards. She was neither a medical doctor or a nurse. She took advantage of her victims and administer stupefying drugs because all the victims reported the same kind of symptoms.

Dorothea had an innocent look and talks calmly, so it would be difficult to see her harmless also with the fact that she was an elderly woman and was well known in the society by her generosity.

All earth was loose after the death of Bety. Bety was one of Dorothea’s tenant who was brought by Judy, a Social Security Officer to live in Dorothea’s house. After few weeks, stories of Bety missing didn’t add up well and because Judy was persistent in the case too, alerted the police and it was at this point, all other cases of murder were revealed.

Dorothea killed most of her victims and buries them in her backyard. Bety stayed a very short time in Doretha’s house, probably it was his destiny to expose her acts.

After her arrest and sentence, it was revealed that she gained 100,000 dollars in total from the paychecks of her victims. ‘She used it to donate money to politicians and gave free foods to the poor and so she was always looked at a philanthropist who gave a lot and supported humanity. This gave her fame and social class in the community. The clothing she gave to charity were from the clothing of her victims.

She was caught, arrested after she tried escaping and was convicted of 9 murders: They are: Leona Carpenter, Dorothy Miller, Benjamin Fink, James Gallop, era Faye Martin, Betty Palmer, Everson Gillmouth, Bert Montoya and Ruth Munroe. She was sentenced to life in prison.

In all the series, there are interviews with families, freeness, relatives, detectives and specialists to unravel these insane acts and stories.

The additional comic animation and quality picture in the movie gave it a good shot which brought the story into reality. It wouldn’t be surprise if there are more series coming out soon. It is highly recommended you watch these series if you are a fan of crime, detective and documentary films.
