There are a lot of natural remedy for a healthy tongue. The tongue is a small and sensitive muscle of the body. Sometimes we may experience tastelessness and blisters on our tongue. Here are few steps and techniques to use to keep the tongue healthy.

  1. Gandush Method: it is an old age technique. This means oil pulling. You can use coconut oil, sesame seed oil for this process.
