Bad breath is a common problem which is caused by bacteria and if you don’t wash regularly. It creates more problem, and the bacteria oozes it bad smell regularly.
Use mouth wash with vinegar
Vinegar contains Acetic acid. This will stop bacteria from growing in such place. It will reduce the activities of these bacteria. Add two teaspoon of apple vinegar in a cup of water and rinse and bubble for 30 seconds and spit out. After rinsing your mouth, brush immediately
Oil Pulling
This is an Indian technique, and it helps a lot. Take two spoon of coconut oil and pour it into your mouth for 5-10 minutes and allow it to go through your mouth. After 5- 10 minutes, spit it out and clean your mouth with warm water. Coconut oil has Lauric acid. You can practice this method once or twice in a week.
Drink more water.
You should know that mouth dryness should cause bad breath. Without saliva, bacteria can grow easily.
Yogurt which has Lactobacilli Enzymes could helps to remove foul breath. It reduces the effect of bacteria in the mouth.
Yoga hygiene.
They use neem sticks, chew it to clean their teeth. It maintains the alkaline levels in your saliva, keeping bacteria at bay, treating swollen gums, preventing plaque and also giving you whiter teeth.
Clean tongue at night before sleeping and after you wake up.
