How to use groundnut to treat Infection to help womanhood

Groundnut can be used to treat infection and to tighten the womanhood. It is a natural remedy for infection because it contains minerals, vitamins that will nourish and protect your body.

                          THINGS NEEDED:

You can make use of any groundnut. It could be dried or fried.  (2 cups is ok). Make sure you remove the back of the groundnut.

PROCEDURE:

Wash the groundnut, get rid of the bad ones, and make sure the groundnut is neat. Peanut provides the body with many antioxidants, it helps to tighten well and helps in promoting skin elasticity.

After separating the bad one, wash it very well to remove any form of dirt in it.

After washing it, transfer it to a cooking pot and add enough water inside the pot. Boil it for 20 minutes. After boiling it, allow it to cool and then sieve it out.

There are two ways to use this remedy. It is either you drink it, or you use cotton wool.

If you must drink it, then you will drink one full glass cup every day.

You can take it when you are breast feeding but not when you are pregnant. It will increase the milk supply. The remaining one, put it inside a can and put it inside a refrigerator to preserve it. It can stay for 7- 14 days without spoiling. After 14 days, you can trash it out.

Here is how to use it if you want to cleanse yourself. Soak the cotton wool from a portion of the groundnut water, make sure the cotton wool has enough of the groundnut water. Then, insert it inside your vaginal and leave it for about 30 minutes. After 30 minutes, remove it. This should be done 7 days every day. This helps to cure infection, tightens the vaginal and keep it moist too.

To avoid contamination, get a small portion from the larger quantity and put the cotton wool inside the smaller portion. After doing that, you can throw away the small quantity.\
