Health benefits of Africa Star & Cherry
Africa Star Cherry is underrated. It has higher Vitamin C content than many citrus fruits combined. This fruit is mainly found in Africa, and it is one of most favourites’ fruits/snacks for pregnant women. Africa Star helps to reduce constipation, it aids digestions and helps sore throats. It also helps menstrual cramps and reduces menstrual pains.
The seeds of cherry can cure stroke, stapplycolous, candida, gonorrhea and among others. After taking the fruit, gather the black seed and break the inside to extract the inner white seed. Dry the white seed under the sun and grind it into a powder form.
Dosage: Before eating in the morning, take it with warm water and after eating at night, take it with warm water. Use baby spoon to measure the powdered substance. Take half of the baby spoon because Africa Chery is packed with high Vitamin C content.
Do this for 7 days and observe the changes in your body. If it persists, do another additional 7 days.
The health benefit of the seed is more powerful than eating the cherry.
