How to lose belly fat– Moringa and Lime are natural substances which helps to burn fat all over the body like the arm, belly and side fat. Follow these simple steps for effective results.

Things needed:

  1. Hot water
  2. Any green tea
  3. Lime
  4. Spoon
  5. Moringa powder (if you have the leaf, you can blend the leaf)

Procedure: Insert the tea bag inside the hot water for about 4 minutes. After 4 minutes, get it out. Squeeze out two small limes inside the tea. After adding the lime, remove the seed with a spoon. Make sure it is still hot. Add half tablespoon of the moringa powder inside the tea and stir well. The powder is green in colour.

Take one glass cup 30 minutes after eating for 3 times daily. If you are breast feeding, please do not take it.

To see a good result, you have to be consistent, and you will see a good result.
