Buy a land- There are many things one should know before buying a land. Also, there are some mistakes you should avoid while buying a land or building a house.
Is it a fake land or house?

Who is the owner?
Before you buy, it is important to know the spiritual level or the spirit assigned in the land.
Do you know that some lands are given to deities of a family or compound that no living soul will ever live on that land and become fruitful? Therefore, many people buy land or house and soon after, they begin to have serious problems or the tenants maybe the people having the issues too.
Note that some lands are cursed, and this is why some families or communities are not in peace because some covenants are made on the land they have been living some many years. So, before you buy any land, check the spiritual implications so that your family does not suffer.
