The Most Expensive High School in the World

Institue Le Rosey, commonly referred to as Le Rosey or Rosey which is located in Rolle, Switzerland, nicknamed the School of Kings is the world’s priciest high school with tuition fees higher than Harvard University.

It is a private boarding school. Classes begin in 8am. They make sure you don’t feel overwhelm with academics. Between 4pm and 7pm, you get to participate in any sports you like swimming, basketball and skiing. At 7:30pm is dinner time. Students also learn humility and work ethics by wearing formal attire for dinner and taking turns serving as waiters and staff.

The school offers a luxurious experience, including a hearty buffet breakfast so that students don’t feel too overwhelm with academic activities. In between the school activities, there is a hot chocolate breaks to enable children feel relaxed before moving to other activities.  The school fee is around $133,000 per year.

There are lots of controversies on the high school fees. However, people believe that children who attend such schools are very exposed and gain a lot of connections especially from rick folks.

It is believed that many rich parents send their kids here  because they may lack adequate time to spend time with their kids. Also, some rich parents perceive that sending their wards to Le Rosey is better than having them homeschooled.

Some people who grew around that neighborhood said that the kids go home on their private jets on weekends because there is a school rule that states that parents can’ t land their helicopters on the school fields. The students spend half of the year in Gstaad, Switzerland. Some rumors have it that there are lots of stories of drugs going on there.

However, Switzerland has one of the best education system, so the school may have gotten so many critics. This does mean that the school doesn’t worth the price and standard.
