Bridgerton Episode 8: After the Rain

This is the longest and last episode of Bridgerton 1. It opens up with the fate of emptiness of various couples and their life style after marriage.

The title would have been better, ‘After the storm, a new beginning’ it as an episode for reconciling with the past and errors made.  Daphne invites Lady Featherington to her event as Mr. George Crane Brother arrives and gives them news about the death of George.

The news shocked Miss Thompson as Philip Crane accepts to marry her if she chooses.

Daphne goes through the letter written by the Duke to is father during his childhood and understood better how horrible his childhood was to him. While she goes through the letter, Lady Danbury shades more light to the Duke’s childhood history.
