Savage Beauty features the lead character, Zinhle Manzini (played by Rosemary Zimu), who is determined to revenge and bring down the Bhengu family, who runs a popular global beauty empire. It has 6 episodes ranging from 1hr each.
Zinhle patiently seeks for revenge against this powerful Bhengu family by exposing their dark secrets in their beauty products. These dark secrets were the reasons for the death of her sister and the permanent scar in Zinhle and her brother’s body, Bonga.

Savage Beauty gives a glimpse of what some other toxic industries in Africa and all over the world, mistreatment to human health. It exposes some of the secrets which most companies hide about their products and how it affects human health. For example, we have a lot of products that are not fit to be consumed especially, carbonated drinks.
Savage Beauty is one of the most thrilling and suspenseful 2022 Netflix movies. Even though much publicity was given to this movie unlike Young, African and Famous and Heartstopper, Bridgerton, Blood Sisters and Blood & Water, it is important to note that the movie embodies a lot of amazing characters who inserted a lot of energy into the movie to produce it to its best.
The creator and writer, Lebogang Mogashoa, did well to introduce dramatic suspense which brought out the beauty of the movie. Zinhle represents the oppressed and forgotten ones who face similar challenge in the society.

The Bhengu family members celebrate the new face of their beauty brand, then an image reputation issues struck, Madame Grace handles a different kind of obstacle.
Episode one opens up with a powerful suspense of blood which will make the audience to keep watching.
While they try to resolve and do much PR on their image reputation that mocked the company during her Launch of ‘Face of Bhengu’; Grace as usual, cooked up some PR stuff to handle the situation. She calls it ‘technical malfunction’
Don Ngcolosi Bhengu lies to his first wife that he was going to the office to clear some issues with the partners, meanwhile, he has already planned to have some time with his girlfriend who would be his supposed 3rd wife. At the penthouse.

While Don Bhengu was making love with his girlfriend, he had a heart attack and was rushed to the hospital.
The family rushes down to the hospital, Zinhle visits the hospital uninvited with the intention to kill him and revenge the death of her sister and end it all.
While in the hospital, Grace noticed that Don didn’t go to the office rather he went to the guest house to have fun.
Zinhle leaks the secret of Don’s critical health situation.
While Don tries to recover, Zinhle sneaks into the hospital to kill Don but unfortunately, it didn’t work.
Zinhle visits her brother, Bongo and Makhosi cleansing.
Linda and Simphiwe visits Don at the hospital and gave him some herbal drinks for his wellness.
Don tells his two wives that he was taking another wife soon but Grace got so angry because he didn’t ask for her permission before getting another wife.

Grace goes to the Penthouse and convince the supposed 3rd wife, Ruby not to marry Don.
Zinhle recalls the memory she had with her sister, Amahle Nana before her death and how Bhengu beauty product took her life by causing her Lier cancer- the reason for the revenge.
Zinhle tells Bongo of how she wanted to kill Don in the hospital but he replied, ‘you are not a murderer’
Ndumiso started having feelings for Zinhle.
