There are many reasons why you should not use toilet roll to clean up your shit. The real problem with toilet roll is that it actually does not clean your anus properly. What toilet roll does to your anus is that it takes off the top shit and smear the rest of the shit across your undies or anus air.
This left over can cause you medical problems later on. Nevertheless, as a woman, toilet roll is very important if you pee or urinate.
Here are four reasons why toilet roll is not effective for your anus health
- Leaves shit or left-over shits in your anus: So, because you wouldn’t want to hurt yourself, you are likely to use the toilet roll softly. The disadvantage is that it will leave leftover shit in your anus area which would make you have smelly, dirty and itchy bottom. It will stain your underwear and still leave some leftover in your anus hair. This is why people itch badly on their buttocks. It does a poor job of cleaning your anus.

- It can tear your anus: So, because you want to clean well, there is a tendency that you would want to use the toilet roll hard on your anus. This can tear your anus (medically called anal fissures). This can cause you very serious pan and bleeding when next you poo.
- Serious infection: it can cause serious infection if there are still some leftover shit in your anus. For women, if you use toilet roll and wipe from back to front, you are at a high risk of introducing bacteria inside your vaginal and this can also cause urinary track infections and other types of infections. With time, when the bacteria grow into something else inside or outside the vaginal region. For women, once you have infection, you may begin to notice you have lower tummy pain when you pee.

- Waste of money or resources: Toilet rolls are waste of money, waste of time and can cause serious health hazards for you after you shit.
So, what’s the most effective way to clean up?
Some people may call you local or ghetto for using soap and water to wash. Some may say you are not classy enough and you are probably poor to afford one. This should not bother you because the best and most effective way to clean up after pooing is to use water to clean up your anus after you are done.
Preferably, you could use little soap and water to wash up. If water and soap is not available, another option is to use wipes to clean up. Baby wipes is good too. So, it is advisable to always carry wet wipes in your bag.
