In Episode 5 of Bridgerton Season 1, Daphne shares her engagement news to her mum. The Queen and Prince Friedrich, didn’t take the news well. The Prince visits Daphne to clear the air and thanks her time and gestures.
Mr. Colin Bridgerton visits Miss Marina Thompson but Penelope didn’t take it well because of her clash of interest.
Cressida reveals to Daphne how she saw the Duke dishonouring her at the garden during at the ball night.
The Archbishop of Canterbury denies them of getting married and they sensed it could be the Queen’s handwork. Lady Danbury advises them to visit the Queen, appeal to her and prove to her about their love. Watch the video here
