Abi/ba/ shebi/shey

Abi, ba, shebi, shey are Nigerians slang that act sort of like punctuation, precisely a question mark. it’s origin is from Yoruba Language (a major language in Nigeria).

They are like the English word, “right?” For example,  ‘You would be going for Cynthia wedding? You could use the word, ‘right’ to follow the sentence.
