As a boss, Sanders was too harsh and rude that her employee were scared already on sighting her car to the office premises. There was no freedom as she has no respect for anybody including her own Assistant, Miss April Williams.

In addition, she was a perfectionist and had a measurement or inches of where her slippers should be away from the bed, the same with her coffee in the office.

They formed their click and became stronger in their activities. Sanders enjoyed their company and suddenly overcame fear and bully from her opposition.

Unable to reach little Sanders, who is at school crushing on her teacher, April presented a pitch called, ‘Discover Eyes’ which was originally condemned by Jordan. Jordan spoke rudely to April after she presented the pitch which she doesn’t like. This made April to resign from her job.

However, April finds the little girl who turned Jordon into a small girl and pleaded she return her back to her 39 years old age. The little girl accepted; but her attempt to turn her back failed. But the spell must work if truly she has changed and vowed not to be rude to anyone.

Luckily, the next morning, little madam woke up to her normal self (THE BIG BOSS WOMAN). She is so happy that she is no longer her small self. She apologizes to April, her assistant for her ill attitude.

Luckily, the client loved the pitch April Presented, and Jordon throws a big party at the office. At the party, April is promoted as the Creative Executive Director. Also, her little friends from the school, Raina, Isaac, and Devon were also present at the party.
