Young, Famous and African: Bye, Bitch
Episode 4: Bye, Bitch Movie Review
This episode, Young, Famous and African: Bye, Bitch, has so many gossips, dramas and scenes that spiced it up. It opens up with a dinner event to inform friend of the renewal of vows between Annie and 2Face coming up soon.

At the dinner, Zari and Innocent meets and later on she opened up to tell Annie that she hadn’t have anything to do with her husband and to clear some insecurities she may have. Annie picked on this and this created a silent war.

The movie, Young, Famous and African: Bye, Bitch, only showed us that it was only one place Annie asked Zari this question which was at Diamond’s event but Zari kept on saying that Annie kept on asking, ‘how to do know my husband’ like she has asked it multiple times. There must be some part the movie didn’t show us. This is a flaw.
Even if she has asked it multiple times and you probably have sensed her insecurities, what’s the big deal telling her the truth or letting the matter die off entirely.
Still at the dinner, Andile and Zari are seen holding hands and having a deep conversation together. They get teased by their friends but still continue with their conversation.

Naked just have a funny way of playing with words. His funny apology to Khanyi was not what we were expecting because it was an apology with a little insult on it.

After the dinner, Khanyi meets with Annie as she revealed how much she loves 2babe. It was a eulogy she gave to Khanyi.
In this episode, Andile organizes an all- white poetry party for reflection and invited the both mothers of his kids to the party.

Andile noticed the tension that happened in Diamond’s event in Episode 1, which is inviting his baby mama and potential lover, Nadia to an event. Andile repeated same move too. He invited his two baby mamas and Zari to the event.
Surprisingly, Zari didn’t feel any tension even with the baby mamas around; unlike Nadia, who felt a bit awkward and started disliking Zari from day one.
This shows the prowess in Zari. She is strong, matured, high self-esteem, confident and doesn’t take life an relationship seriously probably because of past heartbreak. She is also classy with good charisma. Check out her quick apology to Annie and how she held the wine glass in ‘Love is in the Air‘ and then compare it with others.
Annie heartbreaks and happiness at the same time with 2baba shows how strong she is. It is a typical nature of an African Woman. Zari talking about Annie to Khanyi when both her and Annie are in the same ship, shows there is something beyond the sleeves.
Diamond and 2baba are in the same line of profession but here, Zari couldn’t take heartbreak but here, Annie is stronger than her to take such. Zari have never really cared about Annie, so, why feeling concerned for her like you genuinely want to help her?
In this scene, Zari should be meeting with Annie to get a recipe from her on how she was able to cope with infidelities and probably may think of coming back to Diamond or entering another serious relationship which you may or may not remove cheating from it.
There are just a lot of beautiful things and hidden secrets too about Zari the movie should have revealed here but we didn’t see it.
But if Zari and any other person could judge Annie of her marriage and her quick decision to renew her vows, then they are wrong. To Annie, 2 baba is a pain and also a dose of happiness. She is wearing the shoe and so her decision and happiness matters a lot.
Annie invites Zari for a drink and opened up to her that it was disrespectful to drag her husband to any issue and then calling her a liar and insecure woman became the height of it. The drink meeting didn’t end well and Annie left angrily.

After all these, you may ask? Is this really women supporting women? Or it is a way to show their power and money? You may need to watch Little
