1. Profession / Class: Genz don’t look down on a man’s profession especially if the money is coming in. On the other hand, if you tell a Millennial lady that you are a blogger or DJ, Social Media Influencer, they would feel you are unemployed and wish you had a better job. To Millennial, 8-5pm jobs are idolized.
2. Good in Bed: The writer argues that Gen Z are good in bed and sometime show creativity in inventing sex styles. They go further to have it on car park, cinemas, moving vehicles, toilet and even in open space. He added, ‘They are ready to do and undo in the bed room’. On the other hand, Millennials enjoy more of missionary styles and sometimes back styles or doggy style. For millennials, the prefer to have it in a decent environment out of respect and dignity.

   

3. They are money centric: Gen Z ladies are not looking for love but money. This is why they are comfortable while their men cheating on another lady so long he keeps giving them money. Money makes them stay in vogue and gives them power to navigate their daily lives.
4. Gift Creativity: GenZ ladies are creative when gifting their man. Even if they don’t have money, they find creative ways to gift their man gifts. According to the writer, Gen Z ladies’ won’t gift their man singlet, boxers or even belt unlike the millennial ladies.

Creative and less dignified way of making money: It is very difficult to find a Gen Z lady that is completely broke because they make use of social media to generate money which could be through hookups or engaging in social media space where they expose their bodies to make money. 6. In Vogue: Gen Z ladies are usually in vogue. Most fashion wears are worn by them. They keep up with the latest news and even like their men to be in vogue too. Gen Z ladies not only date men who have money but who have good looks, nice cars and wear good clothes. According to the writer, Gen Z keeps men on their toes. Men can’t slack with pot belly or look old and smelling. Dating them will make you loo younger.
   
7. Acculturation: Dating a Gen Z is like dating a Nigerian mixed with other cultures because they constantly assimilate various cultures into their dating life and relationship through what they view on the internet space
8. They are smarter: Gen Z are very smart in various forms. They are smart in making money and having a relationship. This is why you can see many Gen Z comfortably having about 5 boyfriends or girlfriends and keeping all of them in the same range. They have learnt all the tricks and experiences from the millennial age. So, this makes them smarter.
9. They take too many risks: Gen Z are ready to take very expensive risk in their relationships. Some say that they are stubborn and do not learn from their mistakes easily. This is why there is high cases of rape and ritualism among Gen Z’s because of a number of risks they take to keep afloat.
10. Collaborative: Gen Z are very collaborative and diverse. They are very creative which makes them very independent. Employing Gen Z in an office environment will show the difference. They don’t hide their star and light when carrying out team work. This also reflect in their relationship life.
